Alloy Hits Unicorn Status with $100M Series C

We are excited to announce that Alloy has become Vestigo's first unicorn with its $100 million Series C raise, placing the company's valuation at $1.35 billion!

When we first invested pre-Series A and met Tommy Nicholas and his team in 2018, they were on a mission to help banks and fintech companies deploy safe and seamless customer experiences. Since then, it has been a fantastic journey working with his team, from our trip to Davos attending the World Economic Forum to seeing the Alloy team expand to over 140 full-time employees.

The future for Alloy remains bright as they move to include transactions monitoring and continue to expand their product offerings to help banks and fintech companies mitigate fraud and compliance risk by giving them a 360-degree view of their customers.
